The BWTA has several events throughout the year. We hold two large trials during the year. Below is a short description of our yearly events.
Spring Fling
Saturday, May 9th
A fun day for all dogs in the family held at the Spencer County Fairgrounds in Taylorsville KY. Come enjoy terrier and dachshund races, agility, barn hunt, go to ground (GTG), obedience, lure coursing, and at the end of the day awards including high point versatility!Our Trial Secretary Leslie Bonnette may be reached at (6060 365-4183.
High Hope Steeplechase
Sunday, May 17th
A day at the races is not the same without terrier and dachshund racing and GTG. The High Hope Steeplecahse at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY is a day to enjoy with whole family. Horses and dogs have gone together for centuries, why not bring your terrier or dachshund to the races? North American Working Terrier Classic
Sunday September 20th
